1. What requires an appointment?
Everything EXCEPT visa collection, police certificate collection and voting-related processes.

The next day's appointment will open at 1:00AM (AEST).

3. I am running late for my VISA appointment, can I just come at a later time the same day?

NO. Bookings can only be made online through our website.

9. I lodged an eVISA but am worried it won't be processed in time so I also booked an in-person appointment, is that ok?
NO. Both in person and eVISA applications CANNOT be submitted. Please only choose ONE method to apply, either the online eVISA (tourism ONLY) or book an in person for in person lodgement.

10. I am worried that I may be missing documents and need to make another appointment to come to the Consulate to lodge my application. Can I book a few appoitments just in case?
NO. Only one booking PER PERSON is allowed. Anyone with duplicate bookings found will have the duplicate booking CANCELLED without warning.
To avoid confusion for this, please book each appointment in each visa applicants name (for those whose whole family must lodge an application)
