All visa types can be applied for in person.
This requires an appointment (click here to book) and requires all documents to be printed (including application form) and to bring your passport and newly taken passport photo (taken within the last 6 months).



 

ONLINE

Single entry TOURISM ONLY visas can be applied for online. All other visa types must be applied for in person.
Eligibility: entering and departing Japan by flight (no cruises), not visiting any friends or family that live in Japan while on holidays, holding an ordinary passport (no travel document, no diplomatic or official/service passports).
