Advertise Events

If you wish to advertise your organization's Japan-Australia related event on our website, Facebook page or newsletter, please send the following information to us via email at culture@bb.mofa.go.jp.
After receiving your email, we will then decide if it is suitable for our website.
Please provide the following information:

1. Name of Event

2. Date and Time

3. Place and Address

4. Description of Event (5~6 sentences maximum)

5. Ticketing information

6. Contact Details (contact person, number, email)

7. Website Address

8. One Photo (jpg)

 

This service is free of charge. Please read the conditions below before sending us information regarding your event.

1. It may take one week (or up to one month for the newsletter) to post your event information on our website and SNS, so please contact us early to ensure adequate time to promote your event.

2. Press releases will not be accepted.

3. The Consulate is only able to promote free events which contribute to friendly relations between Japan and Australia.

4. Unfortunately, we are not able to inform you if your event has been selected or not.

当館では公益性と日豪交流促進の目的に沿った行事・催しを紹介しています。
当館ホームページ及びフェイスブックにクイーンズランド州（当館管轄地域）内で行われる各種イベントの掲載を希望される方は、

1. イベント名(日・英）

2. 日時

3. 会場名、住所

4. イベント内容（日・英　5～6行）

5. 料金の有無、チケット購入方法(日・英）

6. 問い合わせ先（担当者、電話、emailなど）

7. ウェブサイト・アドレス（イベント内容がわかるもの）

8. 写真（jpg）1枚を メール culture@bb.mofa.go.jp にてお寄せください。送付頂いた内容等を確認した上で、掲載いたします。

なお、以下のことにご注意ください。

1. イベント情報を当館ホームページ及びSNSに掲載するには1週間程度（ニュースレターへの掲載の場合は約1か月間）の時間を要します。開催日に注意して、余裕をもって当館へご連絡ください。

2. プレスリリースはご遠慮ください。

3. 日豪の友好関係に資する無料イベントのみ掲載の対象となります。

4. 掲載、不掲載の連絡はいたしません。
